Historic Tax Credits for the Warehouse District

Peoria Warehouse District

Good news for the Peoria Warehouse District.  Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed a bill

Warehouse District redevelopment project. If accepted, a large portion of the Peoria
Warehouse District redevelopment project will be tax exempt, making the area more
attractive to developers and others who would bring additional jobs and revenue to the region.
